Gemini in, PDF out.
Gemini has no PDF button and printing the page gives you the interface. Paste a public share link for the whole chat, or an answer, and download clean pages. Free, in your browser, no signup.
or paste one answer
Nothing uploads. The PDF is built in your browser; the next page shows the exact pages first.
In Gemini: Share & export → Create public link, and paste the link below for the whole conversation. For a single answer, its copy button hands over the text with the formatting intact.
The preview is the PDF: A4 or Letter pages, page breaks already placed, code highlighted, equations rendered. Edit anything before you download.
Built in your browser in a few seconds. Text stays selectable, page numbers are optional, and a cover page or contents list is one switch away.
What ends up on the page
| In Gemini | In the PDF |
|---|---|
| Your prompts | Kept as quoted blocks above each answer when you import the whole chat; leave them out with the answers-only option. |
| Headings, lists, bold | Real headings and lists on a readable serif scale — a heading never strands alone at the foot of a page. |
| Tables | Ruled tables with Gemini's column alignment, shrunk to fit when wide. |
| Code | Monospace blocks with syntax colours, long lines wrapped. |
| Equations | Rendered mathematics, crisp at any zoom — not a line of raw LaTeX, not a screenshot. |
| Search sources | A shared chat's Google Search sources follow the sentences they support; research mode turns them into footnotes. |
| Images and uploaded files | Not part of what Gemini shares as text, so not in the PDF. |
Common questions
How do I save a Gemini chat as a PDF?
Two ways. For the whole conversation: in Gemini open Share & export, create a public link, and paste it into the box above — the chat imports with your prompts as quotes and the answers verbatim, and the converter opens with PDF pre-selected. For one answer: use the copy button under it and paste the text into the converter. Either way you see the exact pages before downloading.
Does Gemini's own export do this?
Gemini can export an answer to Google Docs or draft it in Gmail, and from Docs you can print to PDF. That route flattens equations and code into plain text. Here the equations render as mathematics, code keeps its highlighting, and tables stay tables — and you get the whole conversation, not one reply at a time.
Which Gemini links work?
All three forms Gemini hands out: gemini.google.com/share/…, the short share.gemini.google/… link shown on the share page, and g.co/gemini/share/…. The chat must be shared as a public link; a private chat has no link to read.
Is the conversation stored anywhere?
No. Our server asks Gemini for the shared text once, hands it to your browser, and keeps nothing — no copy, no log of the content. The PDF itself is generated in your browser and never uploaded.
Can I get Word instead of PDF?
Yes — the converter offers Word (with editable equations), HTML, EPUB, slides, Excel for the tables, and Google Docs from the same import. The Gemini link to Word page is the same import with Word pre-selected.
